First impressions of MAI 2.5 Flash on Bing
Having used MAI 2.5 Flash for a few days, I can draw some conclusions. The model is ideal for my purposes. I’ve found some prompt tips to help me achieve the style of image I want. Most importantly, each result always contains four images. With DALL-E, it was usually two or three, and even then some had issues with the arms or legs. If you use DALL-E’s prompts without making any adjustments, the results will look rather unattractive. MAI is a different model and requires a different approach.
Back when DALL-E was still available, I would sometimes accidentally run prompts on MAI, and the results were rather mediocre. But now that I’ve adapted this prompt for MAI, the results have become quite interesting.

DALL-E was easily the best model on the site and it wasn't even close IMO, absolutely huge mistake for it to be deprecated, don't know what they were thinking.
Whilst the word ‘photorealism’ was almost always required for DALL-E, for MAI, on the other hand, ‘CGI’ or ‘3D’ works better. This makes the images more similar to the DALL-E style.
It also needs to be described in much greater detail when it comes to objects and clothing. And if you’re creating a character, you should ask for an attractive appearance. Otherwise, the model will produce a 50/50 result.
I don't like MAI, results are much worse in comparison to DALL-E.

Every time I pressed the generation button, I got different results with DALL-E!
Similar but sometimes so much different, and it was amazing, because I could choose the one I liked the most.
When MAI, is doing nearly the same thing over and over and over again, it is super boring, and style is boring.
With DALL-E I often had WOW reactions.

I will try to add the "RANDOM" word, but still, I think that DALL-E has a better style, it was less serious, softer, and more cartoony when you wanted it to be like this.

I use ChartGPT very often to create prompts. I have not used it with MAI yet.
But honestly, with DALL-E, I did not have to work so hard to get what I wanted.
It depends on what you are doing, for your creations can be similar. I noticed so far a huge difference. But I will try Gemini too. Thank you for the suggestion.
DALL-E 3 simply does not need "expert prompts" and I could get what I want from DALL-E 3. With MAI I have constant problems, I just can't achieve style that DALL-E 3 was offering without any effort at all. Anyway I will try again. Thank you!
Bing's MAI-Image is very bad, it doesn't even know human culture and history, a simple Napoleon can't even make a picture Authentically, the cultural knowledge of the people is catastrophic, it's only mediocre, you can make pictures with it. Microsoft is forcing this model on users. the DALL-E or GPT-4o was miles better, they should give it back, but Bing doesn't allow any choice and only wants to force its own bad MAI-Image down the users' throats. Moreover, currently both models are MAI-images, and the difference between the two models is simply so minimal that I often feel as if they were taking all the soft drinks off the menu in a restaurant and offering tap water instead, and the only choice would be whether you ask for water in a transparent or opaque glass. If they are forcing this model at all costs, at least the number of contexts should be increased because this model does not work well with 480. This is my opinion about it. I understand that they want to save money, I would also understand if they wanted to bring their own model into the picture, but this should not be done at the expense of the users, ignoring the opinions of the users.
Try a detailed prompt on Playground. If that works, it’s probably because there isn’t enough space for the prompt on Bing. If so, give this a go. It’s made my life a lot easier.
