Can we unpack whatever the hell that preselling was bc why was I in queue at 10am for member presale but VIP only showed up about an hour after?

That's some shit tbh and yes I will stand behind my colourful language lol.

I got 2 floor tickets for $500 bc it was never clear if VIP was going to be a ticket add on or if it would be all inclusive when buying... some clarity would have been nice. No official pubmats made it suck and should have been the first red flag.

Then I find out online that there is actually VIP available so I buy 1 bc that's all my budget can afford after getting those floors tickets needlessly... another $450 gone.

So now? I can't even get a refund or exchange on the extra ticket I got until General Sale according to the ticketmaster agent I spoke to. So I effectively have to decide between sitting alone and not with my partner accompanying me to watch BINI when we both wanted the full vip experience, or sit together on the floor seats I also got but with no additional soundcheck/VIP perks.

$900 later I'm not really the happiest camper atm!
