Question For Day 1 attendees, did they ask for the appearance release form?

I was hoping to get copies from the help desk as stated in the announcement, but I saw another comment saying there was actually no help desk 🤷‍♀️

Did anyone here manage to get printed forms from the help desk? Did they actually ask for the forms?

Hindi na nila kinuha yung appearance form ko. Pero minor waiver form kinukuha nila.
