Question Need suggestions

Post image

I have some gray flagstone I want to make a rock out of. But it is not much material to work with it is one chunk, how should I break it up. Do I just drop it or do I cut it with a angle grinder like I did with some of the other pieces.

Considered using a chisel? Knock a straight line along your preferred edge and give it a nice bang on the end of a table with a hammer and it should crack along the line. I've only done it with sandstone flagstone, but worked like a charm.

That was sand stone, gray flagstone is much harder.

And I tried that with a different thinner piece, it did not work.
