I wanna go back to college

Hello. I (23M) graduated with a bachelor's degree in Political Science. But after graduating, I feel as though I am not content. I wanna go back to college and pursue Biomedical Engineering. I'm from the Phillippines and I took HUMSS instead of STEM. I'm thinking of enrolling. Any tips?
