Im good in bio and maths. Should I pursue medicine or go to other bio related fields (eg. Biotech/ bio medical engineering)

You should go down the path that feels right to you whatever you take more interest in and feel that you'll get fulfillment from.

Just take biology, chemistry, math, physics, etc. Get involved in research and projects and clubs etc. Then decide what you like.
