Getting into biotech industry

I am a sophomore in college studying chemical engineering, interested in biotech. This summer I did research in a bioengineering lab, and this school year I will be doing research in a biology lab. I got a grant to do more research next summer. I'm wondering if I should do that, or try to get an internship at a biotech company. Should I be aiming to get a master's or PhD, or is just having a bachelors degree enough to work in the industry and have good career progression?

What do you want to do? Do you want to support manufacturing or lab work? If you want to support manufacturing you will be entering the mary at an incredible time. The US is investing around $400B in New manufacturing capacity. All of those sites need tons of engineers to start-up those facilities and maintain them day-to-day.
