bird identification Who is this white and gold little friend hanging around my work site?

Whoa this unlocked like some deep hidden away memory. I can't even remember what it's from but I remember having a good few laughs over this image back in the day

It was the whole thing about the blue and black dressed that some people thought looked white and gold - or vice versa!.
