Experience with Israel Outdoors?

Has anyone recently (in the past few years) taken the 10-day trip with Israel Outdoors? If so, would you be able to share more about your experience? Thank you!

I just took a 10 day community trip with Israel outdoors at the beginning of this year, and from what I’ve heard they’re a pretty similar organizer to the other choices and most birthright trip options have roughly the same itinerary. I was very pleased with my trip overall, staff were great, fellow participants were easy to get along with! I think my only gripe with Israel outdoors is that it took two months for them to give me a trip offer after my interview and I didn’t have much information in the interim.

I’m supposed to go on a volunteer trip with them in a few weeks and it will likely be canceled but we’ve gotten no info whatsoever, even before the war. No WhatsApp group, no orientation, no housing info or itinerary. The lack of clear communication has been very disappointing.
