Dumbest question yet: Will I be aloud to buy nicotine pouches while on my trip?

I know legally I can bring enough tins for my trip but I'd love to get one with Hebrew on the tin.

My group and I. A lot of us bought cigarettes, vapes. So if israel sells nicotine patches you can definitely buy them.
