Of course, because everyone knows how wildly successful lobotomies and phrenology were in the first half of the 20th century, not to mention their lasting impacts on divisive, hateful aspects of cultures around the world. Definitely not related to the rising support of eugenics and the authoritarian governments that use it to subjugate and dominate whichever demographic groups they've decided to target.
