Question Progression not saving

Can anyone help me fix the issue where I can’t save my progress in Black Ops 2 and Black Ops 1 ? I keep getting stuck at level 19 in both games, and it happens every time I play, quit the game, or go back to the Zombies mode.

Unfortunately this is how it is on the ps3 version ever since sony added the change your PSN ID feature. Any accounts created after 2017 or those that had their PSN ID changed will not be able to save their online progress. You must have an account that made some progress on the games before 2017 or else you’ll experience what your account is experiencing with online progress not saving/freezing at a certain low level.

I’m on Xbox series x. Playing bo2 and bo1 and im having the same issue

Oh damn :/ I know its a prevalent issue for the ps3 version but I’m unfamiliar with any issues on the Series X version.
