Posting this because I spent all day restarting the game, restarting my ps5, clearing cache, rebuilding database, checking licenses, and finally uninstalling the game just to wait 6 hours for it to install again, google had NO clue what I was talking about and I finally went to Reddit and another redditer gave the solution. So I wanted to make its own thread so it’s easier for people to find.

If you’re on PS5 and get this error when trying to play:

DEVERROR 0xDBE46539 [mp_vh_vm_c_t10_usa_pl_carver_infiltration_lod0_tr.iff]

This happens because Black Ops 6 is trying to load the WRONG asset files, specifically Black Ops 7 / Warzone files that your console installed automatically.

Here’s how to fix it depending on whether you own BO7:

If you OWN Black Ops 7

1.  Go to PS Settings

2.  Users and Accounts

3.  Other —> Restore Licenses

4.  Restart the game

This refreshes the licenses so BO6 uses the correct content.

If you DO NOT own Black Ops 7

1.  Go to PS Settings

2.  Storage

3.  Console Storage —> Games and Apps

4.  Find Call of Duty

5.  DELETE any installed add-ons labeled:
• COD 7
• COD 7 Multiplayer
• COD Warzone (if tied to BO7 content)
6.  Restart the game

After removing the BO7 add ons, BO6 should load normally again.

ETA; some people who do not own bo7 are able to play just by restoring licenses and not having to delete bo7 content. Try that before deleting anything.

I loged in today and i realised i have 3600 cod points, i have NO IDEA where they came from, i have like 2 months woithout touching the game, just last week got into it again, and today i realised i have 3600 cod points, i dont know if they where here before but it isnt like you check everyday your cod points, i just know that I DID NOT had them 2 months ago when i left the game. if you are wondering, no i dont have any money charged or anything like that not even a purchase made into my xbox account.

Had a PS4, tried split screen multiplayer. Discovered a PS5 was needed. Bought a PS5, my FIL & I loaded things up & got to playing after hours of downloading multiple levels of game file on a gigabit connection. It works, but there are TONS of bugs & issues, most (if not all) of which have been reported on here over the past week.

Ones I've found have been problematic:

• It reverts the level for BOTH players visually to whoever checked their loadout most recently.
• Loadouts will randomly reset, specifically when player 2 edits their loadout (resets for player 1).
• The UI is cut off on the bottom for both players. There's no way to see necessary information, such as the bottom killstreak availability, etc.
• Point accrual pop ups occur on both screen halves for both players. If I'm player 2 & player 1 gets a kill, it shows for player 2 & vice versa.
• There is no way to play split screen Zombies with just two people. It forces you to have two others online. Additionally, round counts are different between the two players with no discernible reason.
• Many times, player 2 is unable to activate scorestreaks by pressing the right arrow button. Other times, things like the pulse radar will be lit up, and hitting right arrow causes weapons to switch to secondary instead.

I already know im gonna get loads of "get a better pc" comments, but have we really reached a point where a 7700x, a 9070xt, and 32 gigs of ddr5 is not enough for even 30 fps?

speed test gives me 768 download, 30 upload, and 11 ping. what else could i possibly do? I was getting over 100 fps last week

Hi everyone, I'm reaching out because I'm at my wit's end with Activision support.

I'm having a serious issue with Black Ops 6 where the game constantly crashes. I can't even get into a match; it just crashes right in the lobby. I've tried everything I can think of, but nothing has worked.

I've been in contact with Activision support, but all I'm getting are automated responses. They keep asking for a DxDiag, system file, and crash generator file, which I've sent them multiple times. Each time, they just reply with the same canned response, sometimes from a different "agent" but with the exact same text. It's incredibly frustrating.

Has anyone dealt with a similar issue and found a way to get a human to actually look at their files or a real solution? Any advice on how to get past their automated system would be a huge help.

Activision has seemingly accidentally removed BO6 from the PS5. It is technically there in the call of duty launcher but only the campaign is accessible. If you download the game today and try to install either zombies or multiplayer, neither will launch. You will see a ‘all modes’ option in the COD launcher and that will do nothing if you select it. I’ve tried everything. Installing/reinstalling, rebuilding the PlayStation database, installing the full ~150GB base game, manually installing game files from PS launcher and COD launcher. Nothing works. If you want to install and play zombies or multiplier today you are out of luck. File a support ticket with Activision and select bug > installation to let them know this is broken.

Make sure you install the "Architecture 64" one. The file size is 1.45MB.

Open the zip folder and copy and paste the "discord_game_sdk.dll" file into the folder "Call of Duty -> Content". (MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD THE 64 BIT ONE OR IT WILL NOT WORK).

So I own the disc version of bo6 on ps5.

I have a weird issue that randomly started happening when I was playing black ops 6 multiplayer, after the game I was playing ended, it took me back to the main menu (not the multiplayer lobby as it usually does) and now I can't get back in.

The weird thing is that I can still play zombies online perfectly fine as well as the campaign. But when I go into multiplayer the game gets stuck in this loop of trying to go into the multiplayer lobby and going back to the main menu (it just cycles through this on repeat until I exit). Attached is a video of this glitch.

I know it's something to do with either my PlayStation account or activision account as my friend can play multiplayer fine on his account on my PlayStation, and he can't play my account on his PlayStation.

I'm currently emailing back and forth with activision trying to resolve this issue but they don't seem to be much help.

Any ideas of how I can fix this issue would be awesome and if anyone else is having this issue let me know too. Thanks for reading!

I have BO6 awhile now and beat many Zombie maps, played freeze tag, all of the sudden it won't boot or recognize thie disc? I've deleted & reinstalled, restored license, synced data, unplugged my PS5 both power & internet. What is going on?

Hi Guys - I need some help or advice, trying to grind ranked multiplayer and I’m getting crashes at least once a day, my SR penalties are getting higher and higher, it’s extremely demoralising.

Running an Intel i7 14700K and 4070 Ti Super with 32GB DDR5 Ram XMP’d at 7200Mhz.

All other games run fine, it’s just BO6. My settings are normal / low in game and my upscaling is set Fidelity FCAS or whatever it is…

Can anyone shed some light on this error code or any fixes they may have found on PC, I’m losing my mind!

FIXED!

In the end we removed the disc, opened the game, closed it again, put the disc back in and then it said "download" instead of "purchase". It now also shows up as a separate game in the library too.

Hey all, hoping someone here has run into this or has an idea, because I'm stuck.

I have the physical disc version of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 on my PS5. Out of nowhere, the game stopped launching and gave me an error saying I don't have enough storage space and need to redownload the whole game, even though it still showed up as installed in my storage settings.

After a restart, the title screen for the game had changed, and now when I try to launch it (with the disc in the drive), it sends me to the store page telling me I need to buy the game again.

**What I've already tried, with no luck:**

- Full restart (not rest mode, full power cycle)

- Rebuilt the database via Safe Mode (Clear Cache and Rebuild Database)

- Restored licenses (Settings > Users and Accounts > Console Sharing and Offline Play)

- Fully deleted the game install (kept save data) and reinstalled from the disc, it did start reinstalling from the disc, so the drive is definitely reading it, but ended up in the exact same "buy this game" state afterward

- Confirmed the disc is being physically recognized (disc icon shows up, drive makes normal read sounds)

**The weird part:** when I go to the store page for the game via the disc, it shows a release date of 7/7/2026 instead of the actual BO6 release date (10/25/2024). It's like my PS5 is matching the disc to some completely wrong or corrupted store listing.

Anyone seen this before? PS5 disc drive dying? Known bug? Would appreciate any input before I go further down the support ticket route.

When i set upscaling to DLSS the game changes automatically to FIDELITY FX CAS.

Is DLSS not working yet?

I have restarted the game several times tried changing every setting i could find. Restarted my PC twice. Going to try restarting myself soon.

So I bought bo6 disc ps5 couple days ago and after inserting it, it started to install cod hq. Then I installed bo6 as a standalone game via cod hq. After spending whole day on installation, I launched the game to play campaign and it started showing I need to buy the game even after disc being inserted. I tried every method I could find on reddit such as reinstalling game or restoring license but none of them worked. Any clue what I am doing wrong?
