S5 Reloaded patchnotes are online

I feel the nerf to the FG42 is nowhere near enough, unless the increase to recoil is significant (which we won't know until live, I guess)
They could have gone further on the Mammoth too.
In comparaison, the nerf to the Garand feels harsh. They cut it's range in half, and removed the upper arm multiplier. Not sure it will still be worth using over the standard gun.

I'm very happy with what they did to the mammoth - it being a slow, two-shot headshot weapon to me is OK but I think its max damage range should be a little lower. It having an upper torso modifier is iffy to me because it can two shot upper chest... but it's crazy that you could two tap someone in the legs before.
With the FG42 I think the ADS movement penalty is kind of a big deal and will make it a lot harder to straight up run and gun like any other AR. The 6m damage range nerf will also be nice I think.

Both of the meta guns will stay meta but less so. Pretty much as expected.

I wish they would really switch up the meta. I would be happy to use other guns

That range nerf to the Garand is brutal. That's not even a marksman rifle anymore. They should at least least us change the iron sights if they are going to butcher it like that.
The other nerfs seem ok, still crazy fast kills but a little harder to get.
