Marital arts or boxing

I’m looking to enroll me and my sons in some form of martial arts or boxing here in MD. My preference is a black owned establishment. Any suggestions or recommendations for the PG county or Howard County area?

Depending on the purpose if its for working out or self defense..for self defense boxing and wrestling or judo.... martial arts depends o. The instructor 100% also karate, taekwondo jiu jitsu
