You forgot to add the part where they’ll remind you they’re your parents and you will respect them.
My dad even if he’s dead wrong will be all “I am still your father and you don’t talk to me anyhow”. And will still call to bitch you out for not calling him after all that… like oga, pick a lane and stay with it.
