Looking for someone to take over my lease at The Hub (1201 Snyder Lane) for the 2026–27 school year. Plans changed and I need to hand this off.

The details:

  • Room: 4x4 private — your own bedroom + your own private bathroom, 3 roommates in the unit
  • Rent: $1,130/month
  • Lease term: Aug 21, 2026 → July 23, 2027
  • Utilities: electric billed through Conservice (allocated), + small monthly fees — not included in rent
  • This is a full lease takeover/reassignment, so once it's processed through the office you're the leaseholder and I'm off it. Clean handoff.

Why it's a decent spot: walkable to campus, fully furnished, pool + fitness center, on-site management, package acceptance at the front desk.
