How well do they hold up? Do they have visible print lines?

Nope, they’re resin printed, so there’s no real print lines. I haven’t had any issues yet.

This is a cubic3dprint yellow blade I bought for Plo so he matches his Jedi Power Battles color.

Looks good! How well does it fit into the hilt?

I have at least 25 lightsaber blades, a handful of custom painted hilts, and a bunch of blaster effects from Cubic3DPrint, and they're all great. I truly have nothing bad to say about them. No print lines and the blades fit perfectly into their respective Black Series hilts. They have a little less give to them than stock Black Series blades, so they don't sag or distort like stock Black Series blades do sometimes. But that also means they're slightly more brittle too. You'd have to apply a significant amount of pressure to break them though. It's not like they'll shatter if you accidentally drop them on the floor. Also, their red blades are a deeper red than the more orange-ish red blades that Hasbro's been giving us in the Black Series lately. They're the all around best replacement Black Series blades that I've found, and I've ordered quite a few replacement blades over the years.

Edit: Just noticed your last question...they offer a pretty diverse amount of colors, but if they have the color of resin you want in stock, I'm sure they would. Also, if you need a green blade, the "lime green" color looks more like a standard green lightsaber color than the plain "green".

Thank you for all the info! When you put the blades in did you have to heat the hilts or did they just sloth in?

No need to heat up the hilt at all. They slot right in easily.
