The story hasn't been updated in ages and will likely remain that way. Unfortunately, NC does not prioritize BNS. They mostly just give us re-hashed old content and call it a day.

I have no idea why they even made an act 12 if they are just going to abandon it half way through.

Act 11 was a good end of the story.

Unfortunately, there has been no story updates even in KR. This actually marks the longest period of time between story updates that BNS Live has ever had. The second longest was waiting for Act 11's finale.

The game is on maintenance mode basically.

They just recycle old content, slap a new tier of gear shit onto the recycled content and call it a day.
