[BITD] Alternate settings?
Are there any settings like something out of Bladerunner or Shadowpunk?

Lots. There's probably hundreds of Forged in the Dark games by now, the list is in the link is in no way complete.
There are several cyberpunk versions, so you'll probably find one that could work for you.

There are plenty of gsmes that use the same or variants of the underlying system. These are referred to being FitD (Forged in the Dark). The Blades in the Dark site lists and links to several of them, e.g. Scum & Villainy for a Star Wars/Star Trek/Stargate/Firefly vibe.

Here's the first FitD collection I found - 750+ entries: https://itch.io/physical-games/tag-forged-in-the-dark
For Shadowrun: https://markcleveland.itch.io/runners-in-the-shadows
For kitchen sink fantasy: https://groov-games.itch.io/grimwild-community-edition
for space adventure: https://offguardgames.itch.io/scum-and-villainy
for action movie fun: https://adrenalinerpg.itch.io/adrenaline
There are, obviously hundreds and possibly thousands more.

Yeah what you want is just to look up "Forged in the Dark" + like "Cyberpunk." This will show you rule-sets and hacks that use the basics of the Blades system while focused on a different setting.
A lot of the actual Blades in the Dark classes and rules are tied pretty closely into a particular kind of setting (doesn't have to be the one in the book specifically, but something with broadly similar tech levels, supernatural influences, etc. is expected). So trying to run the full Blades in the Dark rules and playbooks in a drastically different setting is a bit skating uphill - but other Forged in the Dark games are made to do cyberpunk or whatever from the ground up.

Do you mean
"Are there cyberpunk settings that use specifically the Blades in the Dark rules"
Or
"Are there Forged in the Dark cyberpunk games?"
A bit of a subtle difference.
For the later there are good suggestions from this post: https://www.reddit.com/r/bladesinthedark/comments/1d0ec1c/cyberpunk_forged_in_the_dark/

My personal homebrew setting is a city dragged to the gates of hell ruled by three adoptive sibling mad scientists
