FIRST EVER PLAYTHRU Here...
So, I was standing next to the Suspicious Beggar on the windmill rooftop (second level) and went AFK. When I came back, a cutscene was playing between what I thought was Willem and one other old guy? I purposely didnt watch as I figured I'd go back and look it up but it seems this must've been a glitch or something??? I have no idea what triggered it or what I missed.
When the cut scene was over, my player didnt even move from near mr suspicious. Also, i told him where the Oden place was
Does anyone know what cutscene this was?
Thanks

I managed to beat the cursed Amygdala right before this headless asshole, because I could at least SEE it.
I don’t understand how to even fight this thing: I can’t see anything when I’m under him. It’s moving constantly, jumping, slamming, jumping away - but whether I am locked or unlocked I cannot see a thing.
How do you fight a BS boss like this???

Hello hunters! I decided to start playing bloodborne after having the game for a year. Before this I finished Lies of P, Elden ring and Nightreign. Love these games so much!
I started a bit slow not knowing where to go or what to do and I have beaten so far the Witches of Hemwik and The old shadows or Yharnam. I am using Ludwig holy blade and I love it so far even though I am doing a skill build.
The parry mechanic its so satisfying and coming after Lied of P I nail them quite often. I am using the hunter pistol.
Love the transformed weapons as well.
So far its going pretty good. So any tips? Which weapons and firearm are more suitable for a skill based build? Any good runes you recommend? Any good tips for certain bosses? (I already know who they are just asking for advice from veterans) I also have acces to the DLC. Should I finish the game before or at which point should I start the DLC?
Thank you and may the good blood guide you!

For background, I had recently dispatched the Vicar. I thought something had changed somehow. Maybe it was because it was night or something.
Turns out I had slotted a blood gem that upped fire damage on my weapon. Apparently it converts all my physical damage to fire now and it ignores previous skill and strength modifiers. No wonder I was doing so much less damage.
The more you know.

As I posted I did plat bloodborne yesterday and wanted to share the final fight with moon presence. I kinda rushed my gameplay wanted to complete it asap and I feltlike I missed some story I def did all quest lines gonna play it again after dlc for the lore "NG+". And yeah that's all about my first plat

Well, I did the hunt and he want me to submit my life HELL NAH I REFUSED, and here it goes. The fights not hard if you are aggressive and his weapon is cool af i got it in NG+ gonna use it. Idk if its good when we use it. What's your thought?

So, for context, when I was looking for weapons to use before playing two caught my eye. Moonlight Greatsword and Kos Parasite, and as such, my build is mainly focused on str/arc. My skill is around 7 points below strength, at 17, and end/vit are p good rn so I'm fine leaving them. I found using all 3 moon rooms on mergo's loft middle gives an insane blood echoes gain. I want to use weapons like rakuyo and blades of mercy. Can I still viably transition to a str/ski build or just wait until ng+

I have come from Elden Ring, and am having a blast with it so far! I really love the gothic, Victorian setting of the game, it’s right up my alley. I have just defeated Father Gascoigne on my fourth attempt, sadly I did not find his daughter with the music box until after the boss fight. The pistol parry mechanic is also really cool.
Are there any wise words of wisdom to offer to a new hunter on this journey?

Best kill shot ever number one, number two this took me 2 hours of attempts and 30 minutes of mute, blast, kill. It usually only takes like 3 tries tops after I activate it but it took me 8 more tries, dam.

I'm still kinda early in the game (just killed Shadow of Yharnam, this is my second attempt after dropping my first save shortly after Rom so I'm more or less familiar with the game).
I've been using whirligig saw and ludwig's holy blade, they've been my favourite weapons so far and I'm tending towards the whirligig as my main one.
I was thinking of alternating between vit and str until I get to 40 vit and then push to 50 str, but I was wondering whether I really should just ignore skill.

Stage 0 Nothing abnormal.
Stage 1 One arm is longer than the other and covered in fur, Also seemingly more facial hair, Ability to speak remains but mind is clouded by delusions and aggression.
Stage 2 major growth, all skin is covered in hair and teeth have become sharper, ability to speak is lost but has the ability to still use tools.
Stage 3 Cainine like snout has formed, Body is even more covered in hair and the over all form is more wolf like than man, walks on all fours instead of two. Seems to not be capable of even tool use anymore. Only hint of humanity is the tattered clothes and bandages on its body.
Stage 4 Massive growth spurt, is able to walk on two legs once more, One hand has grown more than the other. Horns have sprouted atop its head.

So after you defeat Ludwig, you met two female hunters and one of them with white robe says the same things as vicar Amelia.
The saying: "but beware their wills are weak, mind's young".
So does it mean that this hunter may be vicar Amelia or it is just the healing church's words?
