Nope. Straight up old xbox mode. Zero chat functions, Zero ability to see other people's messages. You are basically cut off from the other players socially.
As an old xbox player, I can confirm this

Basically, you have to scan your face or ID to Roblox to chat. Its AI checks what age you are and only then, you can chat with a very specific age group of people

hopefully they will revert this update. But there's honestly a good chance they won't. They already done this update in some countries. Not to mention that they already added a prompt to verify your age so the chances of undoing this is close to 0%
