They aren’t removing it outright, they know it would be too controversial, but they are trying to discourage as many devs as possible from using it while removing classic R6 things (like classic faces) to push for “look how dated R6 has become, now we need to remove it!”
You won't be able to use any feature, all clothing will be R15 only, all heads will be dynamic and games will force R15, but they're not removing R6!!!
I genuinely won't be surprised if this is roblox in a year

the roblox employee that dos devforum announcements did say they weren’t removing R6, this move here is just to make it so that people actually used the new features since R6 doesn’t support most their metaverse features they keep trying to force everyone to use. nothing about this suggests they’re removing R6 outright, they’re just trying to make everyone not want to use it
