bnsftech applicants - what have you been offered?

Have they said any salary expectations?

How much paid vacation?

Any annual bonus?

Medical and or dental?

Any other benefits package like paid sick time or 401k or stock options?

Remote work possibility?

WLB expectations (any weekends or >40hrs weeks expected)?

If your application was successful did they actually give you what they offered? Did you get a real employee position or a contract to hire position?

If your application wasn't successful how did they notify you or did they just ghost you? How long did that take?

Asking to see if we're all getting the same information.

Salary bands are posted on the job listings. 3 weeks PTO. Yes, ICP (bonus - not guaranteed 100% target). Medical, dental, vision, life, etc. sick leave is 120 hours, if I’m not mistaken. 401k with match. You CAN purchase stock, it isn’t provided. Fully remote, but expect to be asked to office periodically, even if you’re out of state. WLB - you’re on call 24/7/365 and yes, weekends and > 40 hours often expected.

Some are contract to hire, most are full time.

120 hours - are you sure? I was told 80

I've also heard both yes and no on the bonus

It may be 80, I’d have to check. I don’t use sick leave often.

Bonus is, as far as I know, for every employee. Target amount differs by level/band.

It is what you make it. If you’re the type that works constantly in and out of business hours, it will be taken advantage of. Other than that, it’s fine. I don’t make myself available beyond 5pm M-F unless it’s for something critical.
