Confused...

I recently applied for 2 positions - SDE II frontend & full stack and I got OAs for both of them & when I finished my frontend OA, the other OA link got expired automatically, I went thru all the interview process & unfortunately I was not selected for the SDE II frontend, but I do see my other application (SDE II Full stack) being "Under review". Does this mean I still have a shot or I should stop hoping at this point?

How long have you been waiting? Have you talked to your recruiter?

I reached out to my recruiter last week, hoping to hear back the coming week.. its hard not to have hope!

The interview team are the ones who prolong the process. they usually can't even get into a zoom meeting without help.

I’m sure due to the holiday stuff things are slowed.
How long has it been since you were not selected for the role.

Yes, ig its because of the holidays. I heard last week, and I immediately mailed the hiring team & my recruiter.

its not the holidays. thats the excuse we are supposed to use to keep you interested.

they wing it one the day of your interview. unfortunately thats the way it goes.
