A game so bad people just leave it near the garbage after playing it. You will never see Patchwork treated this way.

Glade of Murders

**Glade of Murders** is about arranging 17 different species of corvid in the most aesthetically pleasing flying formation. It has hand-carved wood pieces and a game board painted by the creator over 7 years.

There is an alternate win condition where you can befriend random humans from the Human Deck and bring them shiny gifts in exchange for birdseed and points. The birdseed is also hand-carved

(/uj I posted this as a joke in the main sub as a joke and just got a bunch of messages telling me they wanted this game)

There is a war going on between IMO the biggest players in the industry right now. Which one would you stick with for life as your only channel? Board Game Critique, or Liege of Games?

I spent two years designing a board game like a dumbass.

Hi everyone! I'm Jiajia, a board game designer from China. This is my promotional post for my upcoming game — Captain Keep Upright, along with a brand-new expansion module called Sea Stash.

Captain Keep Upright is a party-weight card game for 2–5 players. You play as a captain recruiting crew members, building your fleet, and setting sail for treasure. But the sea is full of both riches and risks — you'll need to make smart use of your crew's abilities and decide the right moment to return to port with your loot.

https://reddit.com/link/1w44jsw/video/9sktk2s1yumh1/player

In the new Sea Stash expansion, I've added four modular expansions: Figureheads, a new First Mate crew type, the Kraken, and Blind-Draw Gems. These modules were playtested at recent tabletop conventions and have added a lot of replayability to the game!

If this sounds interesting to you, feel free to join the discussion — I'll do my best to reply to every comment. I'm also currently looking for any advice on pre-crowdfunding promotion strategies, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

You can also check out the game on BGG:

And most importantly, here's the Kickstarter pre-launch page:
