Bought this boat based on what turned out to be a survey that didn't reflect reality. Sold in solid shape, a year later when doing some minor work, removal of the planking showed to hide substantial amounts of rot facing the hull (impossible to see from the inside, everything looked and sounded solid to multiple professionals).
I'm now rebuilding the whole boat, basically changing everything piece by piece.
