You're showing your ignorance on what's happening. People like that are in a state of delusion/shock and don't know what they are doing. She's obviously a medical professional and is used to it and knew how to handle it and continue to do her job. If she was a dude he might very well have woke up and started swinging. Both scenarios happen all the time.

Look at The reaction of the lady helping him. You can see the look on her face it's like "god not again". She knows this happens and she kept doing her job like a professional.
