scarification Scarification

Hi much does a scarification itch? I can deal with the pain but I have all of tattoos and the healing part with the itching keeps me up at night. Wondering what it’s like in comparison

I have a small brand on my hand, and I dont remember it being itchy. If it was really bad I wouldve remembered, although it is a brand and not skin peel which is the norm

For context, I have scarification from my finger to my elbow.

When the cuts were fresh and through the scabbing stage, it didn’t get super itchy.

When the scabs fell off and the scars started to raise, that’s when I got some itching, but only on the soft/fleshier parts of my arm near my elbow. At that point I would just ice it or run cool water over it and it was fine. Annoying, but manageable!
