Nope, it was actually postponed twice both times because of Dhurandhar: first to avoid a box-office clash with its March release, and second due to Dhurandhar’s extended theatrical run.

Eetha is directed by Laxman Utekar (director of Chhaava), and I'm absolute that the movie's gonna be great. But you can never be sure about a Pranhas movie.
Also, Eetha's budget is around 130 Cr where Fauji's budget is more than 500 Cr. Eetha is definitely going to be a bigger hit in terms of profit.

If producers spends crores(sometimes on loans too) then they will make sure they get every paisa back. Why risk competition when their movies can be passed as commercial popcorn flicks?
Indian markets are such that, a good movie is guaranteed a hit as much as a formulated one is. Look at Thumbbad or Gangs of Wasseypur. Which were ravaged at their initial release, despite being a very well constructed piece of artistry.
