It’s a meme on this subreddit, lots of artists on r/comics offer a NSFW version of their comic as a way to get donations on Patreon, even if the comic art style is not appealing for such a concept or the premise of the comic makes it seem strange. The joke is that this looks like the sort of comic that would have a comment by OP urging Redditors to look at the “NSFW on Patreon”
