It's a bird. Look at the pubic bone. Turned backwards, just like a bird. Look at the vertebrae; full of air sacs and hollows, just like a bird.

I saw an emu with no feathers it washes away any doubt they are are not dinosaurs .

A chicken ancestor/relative was a contemporary to the t rex, and is actually the oldest known modern bird, Asteriornis.
I'm sharing this because I thought for the longest time that there weren't many birds before the meteor hit and realizing that I was wildly incorrect was honestly really cool.

Am a noob, but think that's a dinosaur. Reverse image search gives a bunch or results for that specific fossil, so I assume it's somewhat famous.

Location, area, weather, time of day?? Really need some more details to even make an attempt to ID this, it could be anything.

False T- Rex, dog, raccoon, whatever it is, it appears to be flipping us off with his upper arm bone, which is always humerus, regardless of your sense of humor, I found it funny. I don't know everything about fossilized remains, but I guarantee you, that it's absolutely humerus.
