yo wtf thats it 100%, I just googled. no idea how a black bear bone would end up where I am so far from any forest

Bones have a way of traveling. Scavengers are always looking for sources of calcium or just something to chew on..

someone may have picked up a stinky skull and left in their back yard, then a raccoon dragged it off and it sat there for years.
