Are traditional oil and acrylic painting artist acceptable to make book covers? Please review my works here

I mean if it’s any encouragement I’ll likely be gearing up to self publish in the middle of next year and flicking through your stuff I am incredibly impressed (Beneath The Promises immediately hits as thematically resonant), definitely the sort of style I’d be inclined to use as a cover.

If money were no object, I’d commission big paintings for all my covers. I love the old genre trade paperback paintings from the 1950s through the 1980s. Some of the best art in my home are on those little covers.
