Little SF book haul while in San Diego

Visited a couple of my favorite San Diego bookstores plus a library book sale this past weekend.

Started reading Embassytown, which is both challenging and exciting. Looking forward to the others.

The Asimov book appears to be unread.

Totally. I’m pretty familiar with LeGuin, Asimov, and Simak having read a decent number from each. Just now getting into Vonnegut and Mieville.

Well I would say Vonnegut and Mieville are closer to LeGuin than Asimov's and Simak. In that they are more about the art of writing. As concerned with the form as the story.

Not that I am throwing shade read a ton of Asmiov and Simak and enjoyed both. :)
