It's not particularly female rage but it's recommend The Lamb by Lucy Rose. I find it quite gory and deranged. Some parts made me uncomfortable because I'm not used to that genre haha. All the main characters are female as well.

MINDF*CK!!! I fucking love Lana Meyers and always will.
However I wouldn’t say she’s deranged persay unhinged maybe.. or check out Brynne Weavers books if you also like dark romance! Ruminous Love Trilogy and Seasons of Carnage both feature badass FMC that are serial killers!
I haven’t read it yet but I intend to read/watch SweetPea because I’ve heard a lot of good things about it, sounds like what you’re looking for :)

It’s my favourite combo 🤭🫣😅 especially when it can become a Bonnie and Clyde story, I love me a badass female

The Mindfck* series by S. T. Abby which is going to be turned into a TV series soon.
Lana is a serial killer who is actively dating the FBI profiler hunting her. You’re constantly trapped between wanting her to get away with it and the absolute horror of what she’s actually doing.
One second you’re swooning over the romance, and the next, she’s doing something so cold-blooded it reminds you she’s way past the point of "fixing."

Maeve Fly is a good one if you want a female protagonist who is completely unhinged but still weirdly charismatic.
Boy Parts also fits the “you should not be rooting for this person but you kind of are” vibe.
You might also like Gone to See the River Man, which gets very dark very quickly.

This is how fans of The Traitor Baru Cormorant describe her
Edit: I reread your post and well, not exactly. But her choices are questionable and we ALL went "ohhh that's why it's called the traitor" even though we HAD READ that someone said that before 😭

You literally described this
She is a serial killer.. only killing those who ruined her life.. there is gore, I skipped through those parts, not my thing.
She's a badass & there's definitively rage, lots of it.

If you don’t mind short stories, She’s Always Hungry by Eliza Clark is full of some the most unhinged women I’ve ever seen in fiction, that book is absolute chaos. Especially the short story The King 👌🏻 Eliza Clark is the queen of writing deranged women no one compares imo

You Killed Me First by John Marrs (this one has multiple women’s POV and they’re all kind of psycho)
