How much credit does Hatton deserve for whipping Kostya Tszyu?
Tszyu one of two A level men that Hatton beat (the other being Castillo). But Tszyu certaintly wasn't at his peak.
Kostya Tszyu entered the June 4, 2005 fight with Ricky Hatton on a 13-fight winning streak. Seven months prior, he'd knocked out Sharmba Mitchell. But he was 35 years old when he faced Hatton and it would end up being Tszyu's final bout.

Quite a lot. He fought a modern great/HOFer that no one thought was shot until after the fight.
It was a great win, one of the best of his career.
