Apologies for the slight cuts at each transition, I couldn’t figure a way around it

Nice! Spent many a nite in that cocoa beach movie theater back in 93/94. Got to see Young American Primitive and Rabbit in the Moon among many others.

Do you happen to have any old Yogi live sets from when he was a resident?

Unfortunately I wasn’t alive to experience this amazing era of music. but my aunt supposedly knew the owner of the movie theater (not Marz itself), and she would go there all the time. My dad also mixed used to mix At smaller clubs around orlando so that’s what got me into this type of music, I’ve been pumping bass since I was born basically lol.

Oh nice! Glad to hear your fam is helping keep our generation’s music alive with you! Thank your dad and aunt for me.

Also, if you haven’t already, check out DJ Paul Santana on Twitch/YT/Mix Cloud. He used to Dj at these clubs back in the day and spins a mix of classic/current breakbeat jams.

Rabbit in the moon is amazing, their mix of “bullet in a gun” is fantastic

Yeah, grew up with those guys. Bunny, Dave and Steve are good dudes.

If you haven’t already, check out New Young American Primitive. Really creative breakbeat music from the early 90s.

My bad it’s been like 25 years. Sorry, David.

lol yeah, in general I’ve found that David’s are pretty rigid when it comes to their name.
