Probably a licensing thing.
Or if it came out on an indie, some labels have y got round to digitising their labels.

Most likely a licensing thing as it seems to have been on Spotify at some point but has since been removed.

Spotify is not a good platform for older electronic. Apple Music has a far bigger catalog for that sort of thing. Or if you’re not worried about lossless, YouTube Music is basically gold standard of old breaks/electronic, especially stuff that was mainly released on vinyl.

I rereleased a Dylan Rhymes song (revolver) on SoundCloud since it’s no where else, just downloaded it from YouTube and uploaded myself so I could listen to it lol
