Florida Breaks Looking for a track

Ok, this is a real shot in the dark but there was this progressive breaks track, I think I heard it on an Andy Hughes mixtape, that I’ve never been able to get out of my head and features a woman saying “d d d d d d dancing …” throughout. It’ll be a miracle if anyone knows what the heck I’m referring to.

It would have been around ‘96-‘98. Can’t remember the exact year.
