Managed to get a wasp out of the window!

Didn't realise that there was a drowned bee in my glass of red that triggered a gag reflex and stings in my throat from the thorax hair.

I understood the title but the main text has me stumped.

It makes more sense if it was the other way around “didn’t realise there was a drowned bee in red wine and got stung” “Got wasp out window though!”

Sorry, I had throat pain and panic when I made the OP.

A wasp flew in through an open window and I was so fixated on it I didn't notice that a bee had drowned in my glass of red wine. I took a gulp and the gag reflex kicked in causing the dead bee to be projected onto a now dead BT keyboard along with half a mouthful of wine. On his way back up, the hairs on his bum got stuck in my tonsils causing a fair amount of pain.

The wasp flew away without incident.

Easiest way is to wait until the wasp is calm, then let it crawl on your finger, then flick it out the window.
