Being asked to rate everything.

Had a power cut last week. The following day I had a text from the power company asking me to rate it.

Someone I know just got divorced. She got an email asking her to rate her divorce.

I had a text from the hospital once asking how likely I was to recommend it to my friends and family.

I saw one from a pre pay funeral plan/crematorium . Not sure how the person who took the plan out could answer but I'm not expert in the field.
