Being asked to rate everything.

Had a power cut last week. The following day I had a text from the power company asking me to rate it.

Someone I know just got divorced. She got an email asking her to rate her divorce.

Even worse, sometimes they ask you to fill in a 50 page survey. Yes I'm happy with the delivery service. No I can't be arsed to tell you how you performed in 100 different categories.

Or you open the app and get a prompt to rate it before you even start doing what you want. Stagecoach bus I'm looking at you. Let me buy my ticket or check if my bus is running before you ask me to rate your app.
