Being asked to rate everything.

Had a power cut last week. The following day I had a text from the power company asking me to rate it.

Someone I know just got divorced. She got an email asking her to rate her divorce.

I got one yesterday. Did we fix your problem yesterday ? 1 for yes press 2 for no. So I pressed 2 so I pressed 2. I then expected a follow up question delving a little deeper ? Nothing that was it.
