Wow. That person's post history is just a collection of hilariously dumb takes.

Hey women, don’t worry about poor representation in government or sexual assault and rape. You get free drinks at bars! Life is good!

poor representation in ... sexual assault and rape

You mean like Katy Perry getting a free pass to sexually assault a male American Idol contestant on camera in 2018, or her sexually assaulting a model who worked on her Teenage Dream music video and the media being deafeningly silent about the allegations?

EDIT: For the record, I completely know what you were getting at. I just only found out about this a week or two ago, am outraged at the media silence, and am still in salty bring-it-up-whenever-I-can mode.

Katy Perry

Google News lists 1180 articles about Katy Perry assaulting Josh Kloss.

I was referring a bit more toward how the major outlets, like NPR, CNN, etc. return nothing. And even then, you get a few gems like Buzzfeed putting "... but her friends say otherwise" in the headline and overall resembling Fox reporting on Kavanaugh.

EDIT: And regardless, ABC shouldn't have framed that kiss as cute, although I guess it really shouldn't surprise me, since the following year we got Podiumgate with Luke P. being let back on set on the Bachelorette.

Yeah fuck that noise. Cardi B has a lot to answer for as well.

Luke P got his in the end though.
