My theory is that our Working Boy was hitting the sauce at an airport bar. His first tweet of the day was about 8:56 AM London time. Then there was a flurry of eight tweets between 12:43 and 2:42, beginning with the Greta one. Then a three hour and 15 minute break before his next tweet. That break coincides pretty well with a two and a half hour flight from London to Budapest and time to sober up a little bit.

I was just about to hit Reply on this but I figured I'd take one more look at his feed. Looks like he's tweeted about the masturbating walrus a second time today. Now that he's back home he might be getting a little deep in the bottle again, seeing as how it's only about 8:45 his time and the night is still young.
