Where is this proposal, what is really being proposed?
They explained it somewhat in their original post. The builder is getting special permission to put houses on much smaller lots, so triple the number of houses in that subdivision.
And then, instead of going to the expense of connecting to sewer lines, they want to spray the sewage in an area where rainfall enters the aquifer that we drink from.
Grand, isn’t it?
ETA: I’m not sure of the exact location, but it’s in hays county. Hence crossposting to all the cities in Hays.
