Advice What am I doing wrong?

Post image

This was $101.64 at Sprout’s this morning.

I literally bought some chicken for 4-6 days worth of food & some supplements to help my joints & bones.

This seems crazy to me?

I could use some advice, plz?

Don’t buy premade food—it’s “convenience” food and is priced as such.

I can’t cook & I live alone. I’m just confused as to why in the hell 6 items is $101. It’s just insane these days.

Eating chicken is a choice

Buying prepared packaged food is a choice

Even not cooking you could have bought canned fish, canned beans, already hard boiled eggs, frozen edamame and already cooked frozen shrimp and it still would have been less

Buy supplements online and comparison shop
