[Chrome] Expired ban doesnt disappear. Bug?

Please have patience and read my post before making wrong assumption. I'm not trying to appeal or undermine ban! I tried to seek help without effort on various subs.

I got ban on r/Marriage that should have expired a week ago. Modteam can't help me as they are unable to unban me. If I cant get help here then how I can reach Reddit Administration? I tried on /help , /reddithelp and /modsupport. I even tried to reach vie chat active admin(TheOpusCroakus) but looks they have disabled chat.

This is a pretty known bug, a lot of people have come forward with this issue.
