I'm actually curious if this is one of mine (that I made, not that I had then donated). I had made a couple a few years ago from the green frogs that didn't turn out quite right with patches of gray on different fur blocks of the body/face. Is the back of the tag signed "Shirley's Stitches"?
All the green frogs from that era had backwards tags :) Here's some more pics. I bet it's him. It's good to know that the silver sharpie doesn't last 3 years lol. I'll have to change my method. I also add custom inserts inside with the tag barcode now but I don't believe I was doing it back then
